Global Access Provider
InBrok (IFSC) Private Limited ("InBrok") is authorised by the International Financial Services Centres Authority ("IFSCA") to operate as a Global Access Provider ("GAP") under Authorisation No. IFSCA/GAP/BD/2025-26/006.
Our Role as a Global Access Provider
In its capacity as a Global Access Provider, InBrok facilitates access for eligible clients to permitted financial products and overseas markets through arrangements with regulated foreign brokers and other authorised intermediaries.
InBrok acts as the client-facing Global Access Provider and facilitates the routing of client orders to the relevant foreign broker for execution in the applicable overseas market. Execution, clearing, settlement and custody are undertaken through the relevant foreign broker, custodian and/or other intermediary, as applicable.
The specific foreign broker, market, jurisdiction and other intermediaries involved may vary depending on the applicable Global Access arrangement and the financial product or market accessed.
Global Access Arrangements
InBrok provides eligible clients with access to permitted financial products and overseas markets through arrangements with regulated foreign brokers and other authorised intermediaries. Under the Global Access arrangement:
- InBrok onboards eligible clients and facilitates their access to the overseas markets and products supported under the Global Access service.
- Client orders are received by InBrok and routed to the relevant foreign broker or intermediary for execution in the applicable overseas market.
- Trades are executed by the relevant foreign broker in accordance with the rules and requirements of the applicable overseas market.
- Clearing and settlement are undertaken through the relevant foreign broker and its applicable clearing, banking and settlement arrangements.
- Securities and other client assets are held through the applicable foreign broker and/or custody arrangements, as relevant to the particular market.
- Access to any particular market, product or instrument is subject to applicable regulatory requirements, client eligibility, product restrictions and the availability of the relevant foreign broker arrangement.
Global Access Model
Under the Global Access arrangement, the client maintains its relationship with InBrok for the provision of Global Access services. InBrok receives and facilitates the routing of eligible client orders to the relevant foreign broker for execution in the applicable overseas market.
Following execution, trades are cleared and settled through the arrangements applicable to the relevant foreign broker and market, including the relevant clearing, settlement and custody entities. Securities acquired by clients are held through the applicable custody arrangements, while client funds are routed and maintained through the banking and settlement arrangements established for the Global Access service.
The specific foreign broker, overseas market, custody arrangement and settlement process applicable to a transaction may vary depending on the relevant jurisdiction, financial product and market accessed by the client.
Trading Information and Calculation of Profit and Loss
Transactions undertaken through InBrok's Global Access arrangements are executed through the relevant foreign broker in the applicable overseas market. Trade details, including the executed quantity, execution price and other relevant transaction information, are recorded based on the execution information received from the relevant foreign broker.
Client profit and loss is calculated based on the difference between the applicable purchase and sale prices of the relevant financial product, taking into account the quantity transacted and, where applicable, transaction-related fees, charges, taxes and foreign exchange conversion.
For positions that remain open, any unrealised profit or loss is determined by reference to the applicable market value or price of the financial product. For positions that have been closed or disposed of, realised profit or loss is determined based on the applicable acquisition and disposal values.
Where a transaction, asset or liability is denominated in a currency different from the currency in which the client's account or statement is presented, the relevant value may be converted using the applicable foreign exchange rate. Accordingly, movements in foreign exchange rates may affect the profit or loss reflected for the client.
